LA Systems work closely with leading UK silo manufacturers, Collinson, to supply high quality feed storage silos, weighers, and conveying equipment for poultry installations. Collinson’s popular bulk feed silos provide a robust and reliable storage solution manufactured bespoke to customer requirement. With over 100 models and capacities up to 40 tonnes, we are confident we have a silo to suit your application. The silos are complemented by the flexible Rotaflex conveyor, also supplied by LA Systems. Efficient and customisable, Rotaflex can be configured to suit layout, throughput, application, and even the smallest detail: particle size. Our comprehensive range of smooth walled steel silos is manufactured in Lancashire. To complement the silos we also provide a range of complementary equipment to aid efficient feed management; conveyors, feeders and weighers. Drive Under Silo & Gantry Range
This County silo housed on top of a heavy-duty support gantry allows a quick and easy gravity discharge of feed into a mixer wagon or trailer as you drive under.
Capacities available from 15 - 32 tonnes with options on discharge cones to suit your feed type.

County S0 Range
Reduce manual handling and enjoy the cost savings of buying grain in bulk to store with this higher capacity silo.
Designed, engineered and manufactured with a 45° cone combined with smooth walls to provide excellent mass feed flow for discharging grain via conveyors.

County S1 Range
The 60° cone on the S1 silos has been designed with pelleted products and whole grains in mind, allowing them to discharge freely from the silo into a bag, barrow or conveyor whilst ensuring that feed is stored in the optimum condition for your animals.
The range has 47 models and capacities from 4 to 37 tonnes manufactured in 4 different diameters.

County T1 Range
The T1 Silo with a 60° cone lends itself ideally to storing free flowing pelleted products or wholegrains.
The T1 range has 9 models with capacities from 4 to 17 tonnes and are manufactured in 3 different diameters to suit your exact requirements.

County S3 range
S3 is designed with a steep 67° cone to give the optimum feed flow from the silo.
This design enables feed to discharge freely into conveyor systems, bags or barrows.

County T3 Range
The T3 offers low-cost storage for meal or meal products with capacities up to 14 tonnes.
The steep 67° centre discharge cone on the T3 Silo is great for also storing free flowing pelleted products and whole grains for a truly universal silo.
With 9 models and capacities from 4 to 16 tonnes manufactured in 3 different diameters there is a silo that will meet your needs and fit into your space.

County S4 Range
For materials with poor flow characteristics, the S4 is a great option.
The 67° cone with smooth internal walls combined with an extra wide discharge outlet allows feed to flow freely into conveying systems; this model is particularly popular in the dairy sector due to its maximum massive volume of 57.7m³.
With capacities from 21 to 40 tonnes, the S4 is the largest silo in the range.

County LS5 Range
The LS5 designed with a 90/50 side discharge cone is ideal for storing meals, blends and free flowing products.
This design together with a range of chutes enables you to choose whether you discharge feed externally into a bag, barrow or front-end loader.
Alternatively, you can pass the chute through the wall to discharge feed inside your building.
There are 19 models in this range with capacities from 4 to 27 tonnes of meal and are manufactured in 4 different diameters.

County HS5 Range
The HS5 is a unique silo designed with a 90/50 side discharge cone to quickly and easily fill mixer wagons eliminating the need for augers.
This exclusive design provides excellent mass feed flow for all materials whilst ensuring feed is stored in the optimum condition for your animals.

TriStor™ Bag Barrow
The Bag Barrow model is built with a 55° cone, ideal for storing free flowing pelleted products and wholegrains and is the perfect solution for filling bags, barrows or conveyors and is available in two economical sizes, storing 4.8 and 7.6 tonnes of pellets.
TriStor™ Snacker
The Snacker model, with a 55° discharge cone is ideal for storing free flowing pelleted products and wholegrains.
The snacker chute on the silo makes light work of filling front end loaders, buckets and bags and comes in 2 economical sizes, storing 4.8 or 7.6 tonnes of pellets.
TipStor™ Range
TipStor™ is ideally suited for customers who mill n mix on site.
The roof mounted attachment allows the silo to be filled using a front-end loader or filling auger with your home mix ration.
Feed is then hygienically stored in the optimum condition to reach your animals.
Discharge options are available to allow discharge into conveyors, bags or barrows to suit your feeding provisions.

CariStor™ Range
The CariStor™ provides a portable small storage solution which can be located at your convenience.
Suitable for storing free flowing products the CariStor™ can be moved round your site as required, ideal to move feed around the site or perhaps conventional delivery vehicles can not readily gain access.
The sliding roof hatch enables the silo to be filled manually from a high-level silo or a bag or via an auger and feed can be easily discharged into a conveyor or chain feeder.
Two models available offering capacities of 1.99m3 or 3.07m3.

DayStor™ Range
The DayStor™, designed with a 60° cone to store pelleted and other free flowing products is our smallest capacity silo in the range.
A useful silo which is very popular on poultry sites where buffer or small storage is required before discharge via a conveyor system.
BioStor™ Range
All our wood pellet silos provide a safe, efficient material handling solution whilst importantly maintaining pellet quality.
At Collinson we understand that every Biomass installation is different, BioStor™ have been designed with the flexibility to comply with varying specifications for the safe storage of wood pellets supplying boilers on medium to large scale installations.
The range comes with capacities from 5 to 35 tonnes in 4 different diameters.
